There's a hilarious Mughal manuscript painting of a lady on a swing, swinging toward her partner. Another image has two women, one of whom with a dildo at the end of an arrow, pointed at the vagina of the other lady, the bow fully spanned, in order to shoot the arrow/dildo. At Khajuraho, India, there is a temple with this. I'm not sure if any of these are illustrated in the traditional Kama Sutras.
