It's not really scalar. Micro would be one millionth.
She's roughly a semibiologist; by height.

Volumetric micro would equate to 1/100th linear scale (• x, y, z)

So make the biologist 10k pixels tall and the micro could be 100 pixels then... Yeah those proportions don't work well with internet images.
