As one of the biggest and most populous continents in the world, Asia is one of the most ethnically diverse continents in the world. That means, even if somebody doesn't look "Asian" ie: Indian for British or Chinese for Americans, they can very well have ancestry from Indigenous Asians. For example, the Georgian ethnicity are more White, but they're very well Aboriginal Asia, just from Western Asia. Same with a small population of South Indians, whom look black, but are Aboriginal Asians. Cypriots are also considered to be Asian, as they live in Asia, but some Cypriots are Greek Cypriots and others are Turkish Cypriots, so this one is blurred whether they're Aboriginal Europeans or Aboriginal Asians. So for Cypriots, it depends.
