The rabbit hole goes even deeper. This whole reality is really a simulation. They trick you into doing it over and over again through false visions and guilt and brainwashing.

Sometimes it's hard to die, because it might switch over to a timeline where you didn't die. A few people remember dying and randomly being back, immediately afterward having actually just barely survived, or even right beforehand and seeing the exact same events unfold again. Even fewer people remember the process itself. It's this infinitely-sized wheel-like structure containing every possible universe, and it will go through them until it finds one where you didn't die. Crazy stuff. If that ever happens to me I'm leaving. That will be hard, because apparently it instills this terror in you that you have to find your way back to your reality or else one will be chosen for you at random, and it makes you "know" you can't resist. But there is autonomy reported in these experiences, so I think that's thought implanting.

The other shot is to avoid the white light tunnel and any supposed deities or afterlives or dead people, and "dream" my way out, like I would try to do on the wheel thing.
