You can't just say "Wake up people" and expect them to organize or coordinate a perfect mission to justice. What we need is a leader or at least a list of guidelines; most importantly, we need a strong nudge that forces us to do it instead of postponing or lazing around. This problem exists in India- We, the people, want change and we want things to get better but literally nobody is willing to at least go out and protest for a day or even talk to some authority. Everyone is like "eh someone else will do it, I just want to sit at home".
