Interesting claim.

But as compelling as a picture of a skull in a hood in front of crossed shortswords is a legal argument, I wonder if the claim wouldn't benefit from a slightly plainer explanation of which laws the lockdown contravenes.

I wouldn't be confident that that argument would work in court. Is there a legal precedent of what constitutes sufficient corruption of a government that makes all laws defunct?
