It is illegal. There is no constitutional basis for this. This is literally 'To hell with the law' lockdowns.

Some legal opinion seems to be that the tenth amendment gives the states powers to do things such as enforce the lockdown.

You tell that to the thugs in uniform as they beat you to a pulp for disobeying their totalitarian tyranny.

Interesting claim.
But as compelling as a picture of a skull in a hood in front of crossed shortswords is a legal argument, I wonder if the claim wouldn't benefit from a slightly plainer explanation of which laws the lockdown contravenes.

"Legal argument"
If the government is corrupt, their laws are defunct.

I wouldn't be confident that that argument would work in court. Is there a legal precedent of what constitutes sufficient corruption of a government that makes all laws defunct?

Hahahahahaha.
"Legal precedent." Yes. Many countries have been founded on it, in fact.

US Constitution. You should read it some time instead of pretending you know what is written in it.
No particular section of the constitution that is breached?
Just the vibe of the thing?
