My only complaint about Trump is that he didn't free Assange. Shows how close to the mark he got.

He can't... not a US citizen. Has no authority. Trump did pardon, however, slimy Chabadnik criminal jews and Zionists.

The constitution doesn't require the accused to be a US citizen, just to have committed a crime against the US. This answer on stackexchange lists a number of non-citizens who have been pardoned.
