Are defendants guaranteed a trial by citizen jury in France?
Many "conspiracy theories" have copious amounts of hard evidence that the US courts refuse to hear. This could be a game changer if it ever happened in the US.
Conversely, the MLK family had a civil trial which found the Fed govt, Tennessee, and city of Memphis all guilty of his assassination in 1999. This trial went completely unreported in the MSM.
It would be interesting to see if they could keep a lid on the city of New York if there was a public and comprehensive 9/11 civil trial.
