Gotta love not being able to access certain websites without opening an entirely different browser.

And apparently I have to go through fifty captchas now. What's the point in blocking every browser other than TOR from accessing your website if you're just going to make them click on fire hydrants for five minutes?

So the Chinese do to Turkic populations what Turks have been doing to others for centuries?

Force them to load TOR? I don't know TOR existed for hundreds of years.

I see what you did here :-)
I mean that the article claims that the Chinese gather them in camps, force them to speak Mandarin, torture them if they don't and so on. That's exactly the treatment Kurds get in Turkey today and nobody cares. The Kurds being the last native ethnicity remaining in Turkey after centuries of such practices. Their leader was captured and driven back to Turkey where he remains incarcerated and obviously the West won't show much concern.
Yeah, the Kurds got fucked.

The US went to war with Iraq over the Kurds. And they're the supposed reason we're still in Syria. All because the Kurds are friendly with Jews. They provide 75% of Israeli oil. Fuck the Kurds.

The US makes a distinction between the Kurds of Iraq and the Kurds of Turkey. The first are considered "allies", the second "terrorists". It depends on which side of the border they are.
Here's the real article you can actually access.

She should consider herself lucky, if she'd been around in 65 she'd have gotten a bullet in the head, in 1650 she'd have been slowly skinned Alive. What is it with these ethnic Chinese, are they all stupid? They seem to learn nothing for history.
<< For me, the prospect of turning in my passport held a terrible implication: I would never be able to return to Xinjiang. How could I ever say goodbye to my roots, to the loved ones I’d left behind >>
Well suck it up sweetheart.
If you want to live in a nation, and not abide by it's laws, then expect to be punished.
Hell they don't even Look Chinese! No wonder they are persecuted.
