No they're not. That would imply a modicum of care and empathy towards the poor. Nobody cares about poor people, not corporations, governments or even poor people themselves. If a civil war happens, it'll happen because the system is collapsing under the weight of all the mega rich people leeching off it. And if that happens, they're not going to instate a "totalitarian communist government", they're going to fuck off to the next safe haven and losers like us normies will be stuck holding the bag.
