That's because saying "all lives matter" is implicitly stating the opinion that black people aren't disproportionately targeted by the police or worse off in society in general. Its a troll slogan saying "actually black concerns don't matter and fuck you".
I think you all know this and I want you all to know you're disingenuous fucks for pretending like you don't.

Despite making up 13% 6-7% (the male majority nature of the crimes) Black people commit.........

Even if someone commits a crime, it does not allow police officers to stereotype other black people indiscriminately or murder the offender before he faces a jury of his peers in court.

Well, police does not 'discriminate' or 'stereotype', police attend crime. Your original statement read Blacks are disproportionately affected by police violence, 1. Blacks on average commit disproportionately high number of crimes for their population therefore would reasonably attract disproportionately high number of police attention, 2. Most if not all of those who commit these crimes in the first place and result in tragic custodial deaths resist arrest, including Mr. Floyd. Police has every right to apply force to subdue them and they do so to every demographic. Although in case of Floyd he was drugged and according to the autopsy report that must've also contributed to his cardiac arrest. But the officer did apply tad excessive force imo.

The only way forward for black rights is to reduce crime in their society to less than propertional in the rest of the society. Not increase it exponentially with riots and expect to get a free pass by the society.

Exactly, I will have sympathy for the BLM movement due to the 9 shootings a year by police where a black guy wasn’t actually doing anything wrong once black people admit the real issue is them killing each other at astronomical rates and do something about it.

9 people getting shot are UNARMED. That does not mean, that they didn't do anything. They could aswell wrestle with the officer for his gun, like in the Mike Brown case.

I trust you'd know better what goes on in the 'hood. Peace. ✌️😌
