It's a political system designed to get the most votes but can't pay out what it promises. They all end up as dictatorships.

I once made a bet on a game in the fourth grade. I was so confident I'd win, I bet everyone in my class. I suspect the game was thrown, but I lost the bet. Everyone wanted their money. Know what I did? I didn't pay anyone.

That's exactly the same thing Marxism does. "Hoorah, you're all equal!!!"

"Oh crap, I can't pay everyone what I promised them. We'll all be broke. I know, I'll keep most of it for myself, use the rest of it to pay by bodyguards and other powerful allies, everyone else gets the scraps!"

Most Marxists and liberals are pretty much absolutely stupid, at least these days. Back in the old days, it had support because people didn't know better. Now, most people have history to learn from and know how stupid it is. So you're going to get gullible people and dummies supporting it now, especially rich kids on college campuses. It's sad.
