The overwhelming majority didn't want their jobs shipped there either - nor to buy their semi-disposable crappy plastic shit - but our "leaders" exploited our economies and their cheap labour instead of being fair. The "leaders" are the real capitalist and communist scum.

My thoughts exactly.

Correct.

Our "leaders," both political and corporate.

  1. Corporations exist to serve their own interests.
  2. Corporations primary interest is financial profits.

Corporate short-term interests often run counter to our nation's long-term interests.

The American public is not a key consideration — except for their votes at election time. Politicians garner votes by demonizing others and China has become a trendy target.

We cannot truly "decouple" from China at this point. It was American corporations and politicians who introduced our game of Monopoly to them.
