While CHRD states that it interviewed dozens of ethnic Uyghurs in the course of its study, their enormous estimate was ultimately based on interviews with exactly eight Uyghur individuals.

i posted many stories about the uyghurs in china in s/communismwatch and there are definitely multiple accounts, from many individual sources, not just two as they claim here, plus reports from other sources (eg australian).
