So basically, this means that theories about politicians can be called "misleading information" and cover the asses of said politicicans. No wonder it got through parliament.

And the problem, as always, is who gets to decide what is "misleading", and does that person/board prefer Trudeau? Does Trudeau appoint the members to draw up the exact boundaries of this rule?
