Wear blackface; get re-elected.
Turns out the Left was lying the whole time. Oh, blackface was bad all right - when it wasn't their tribe doing it. When their own tribe did it, suddenly it wasn't wrong and never had been. Some real "we have always been at war with Eurasia"-level shit there.
