Children do not deserve this.

I understand the concept of radicalization among youth - and the importance of the police being able to interact with youth, they shouldn't be immune to consequence - but the amount of force and the intimidation is ridiculous if they just wanted to TALK to the boy and serves only as proof that this kind of job attracts a certain type of human psyche - the bully, the power seeker, the violent, the insecure - everywhere in the world.
