Funny how when 9/11 happened, they were in the middle of rebuilding the Palace of Nebuchadnezzar (whom Saddam likened himself to and even had coins printed comparing the two).

A cursory examination of Nebuchadnezzar's deeds may offer certain "conspiracy theories" some context.

Some of you may be familiar for example, with this piece which despite being iconic, was JUST sold at auction to a private buyer for 31.5 million dollars.

Another curiousity is the ICE vault with 2000 "repatriated" Sumerian and Assyrian artefacts that was beneath WTC. Mentioned ONCE, in ONE article - in almost 20 years. I can't even get people to listen to me long enough to explain.

Quote, from behind the "turn off adblocker AND pay us" walls:

In March 2001, the Customs Service was investigating a New York gallery suspected of dealing in illicit art and antiquities when agents got a tip that two boxes containing “clay objects” from Syria were being smuggled into the country from Dubai. When inspectors examined the shipment at Newark they found the cuneiform tablets, each one smaller than a deck of cards, and an expert verified that they had been looted from southern Iraq. That summer, the tablets were placed where all seized items were then stored — in a vault in the basement of the United States Customs House at 6 World Trade Center.
