I'm Dutch and I like it when (semi)-automatic weapons are confiscated by the police.

But yeah I have my whole belief system with me, and yes I know with my chemist textbook I can do probably more, and yes the government isn't everything....

I know my fellow neighbours and have witnessed (and intervened too) in enough 'roughy' fights and one where one dickshithead had a gun, luckily he was too coked out and drunk out to remember the (i guess?) safety.

I agree that the government (of whichever country) can be too brutal/easily handle lethal assault, but (and just a little but, but can be big in the wrong circumstances) a drunk and a gun (and the NZ was psychotic mentioning pewdiepie [it's a rightwing meme here in The Netherlands (not as a bad thing, I watch that shit as you might know) But with psychosis everything is a trigger, a bannana or fish on the street could trigger it].

Conclusion: I would like the mental health (in the real sense) would be better for everyone and that free weapon owange wouldn't be a problem, but todays (since before WWI) has driven people crazy and yes I prefer those things not to be in hands of the people because, as it shows, it takes one caveman to take out (what is it?) 49? people!

It's a thing we (as western society) have compartmentalized: If you don't talk to your neighbourhood and engage in social interactions with them: who are you to own a gun of any sort?

Local social interactions, taking everyone in is what CAN (not WILL) help. because putting everyone in a mental health facility turns out like that Poe story (you guys with the know, know which one, Peck Feather amiright?)

You can turn the TV off, you can engage (on Saidit) in conversation, but better, enage in your neighborhood (also if you didn't already).

There is zero relation between mental health and commiting violence. Study after study prove this.

Poverty and drug use increase gun violence though. And the shooter did not have psychosis, he wouldn't of been able to effectively do what he did and plan it, whilst writing a well-written manifesto, that he probably did not write.

Well I disagree on this, psychotic doesn't mean 'all out crazy' I'm drunk but that's not how pychosis works, they can be very 'normal'
