Honestly looks staged. Its superficial damage at worst. All that furniture can be replaced easily. And remember.."all the world's a stage"...

Could be, but I found it most interesting there was a photo of the inside, they aren't big on sharing photos of their main meeting halls. That's the main thing that makes me think it was real.

But it could be just them taking a convenient chance to play the victim.
