Most media are denying any clear control of any part of Russia by Ukraine. Who knows why this guy said that? Maybe he's just trying to increase military volunteer recruitment for Russians. It's working. The russians love this incursion! It's getting the people even more behind Putin!

Again - if you want to make such a claim about 'most media' and your other claims, share your source information.

Most news media report exactly what Ukraine, the US and Putin's advisor have said about the Ukraine control of 28 towns and thus the diplaced Russians from those areas, including Russian emergency logistics to get them out. The reports are the confirmations, from Russians and Ukrainians in those captured areas in Kursk.

The reports confirm nothing, and are simply repeating Russian officials playing along with impossible claims, in order to boost Russian military recruitment and Russian support for the war. You are babbling.
