I saw a video of him running around. It had pretty good audio. Zero times heard him screaming that as he stabbed a baby in a stroller. Did hear the mom screaming, did hear people screaming about police.

You know what you never hear reported? When a Truck of Peace Associate says Aloha Snackbar before blowing up xirself at a holiday market. Offical reporting has to wait for social media accounts to be banned for mentioning THAT.
