I don't think people care about the act, they just don't want to see it or be affected by it.

when i was homeless in california about ten years ago, they started doing something similar to this.

there was a post office where homeless people would sleep behind some bushes out front of the post office and they simply cut those bushes out completely and so it was not as comfortable to sleep there any more.

they also began removing water sources, such as if there was a water faucet available they would just cap it off and if there is no water then the homeless tend to good away.

They should be planting more trees, to absorb more carbon dioxide from the air. This shows the council cares more about people they don't even know, having sex . . . than they care about global warming!

It's likely just a ruse to reduce the council workload in maintaining the trees. Local Authorities across the country have been found culling thousands of trees to save time and effort looking after them. Trimming them back and tidying up after trees in urban areas costs a lot of money, sadly they're finding it more.cost effective removing them completely.

The last time I heard about something like this, guys were drilling holes in trees to masturbate into them. So, the council chose to cut down trees to remove the cover prostitutes and drug addicts were using to fornicate under? Weird move with all the surveillance cameras about.
