Very smart and true: because actually the whole world loves Putin so much that this could only have been CIA, there's literally nobody else who dislikes ruzzia.

Only if ruzzia maybe got entangled in wars with their neighbors could I imagine anyone other than the CIA being involved.

But unless and until ruzzia pisses off anyone else other than the CIA, you're very clever and correct, this must have been them
