Setting: Cops theme plays, "Cops is produces with the cooperation of them men and women in high government positions"

we are introduced to Sergent Vandersmelt, in his police cruiser. He speaks as he drives. "I grew up in these parts, and...ever since I was a kid, I wanted to help out my community"...

The patrol car idles by three black youths viciously stomping a grade-school aged white girl and taunting her with racist insults. Sergent Vandersmelt watches and nods. "There's lotsa kids playing out here, and I need to keep them safe". He drives by without stopping.

The police car then rolls down what was once a suburban block, but now is filled with boarded homes, overgrown lawns, and strewn with trash. A group of black men with bandannas are in a heated gunfire exchange with a group of Central American cartel members. Windows shatter, fire burns through some of the houses. Local residents hid in terror. "Having grown up around here I know a lot of these kids. They are good kids, who just need some guidance." He waves toward a youth spraying bullets in all directions from a compact 9mm semi-auto weapon, held sideways. "That's P-Dinkie, As part of the 'Black and Blue' program we have here, I have been helping him get his GED, so that he can better serve his customer base. He is a businessman". He tries to wave to the youth, but cannot draw his attention away from the gunfight. The cruiser continues down the block.

"I go home at night with a good feeling, like I make a difference" Vandersmelt continues. Through the side window, on the sidewalk, three transexuals hold a child on the ground. One of them men pulls a large knife and severs the child's genitals and waves the bloody trophy in the air, screaming in victory as he is showered with its blood. Vandersmelt shakes his head in amusement. "We have had to change our tactics on the street. We have had to really look at what actually is a crime."

...The police radio interrupts his thoughts "Unit 33, we have a 10-16 Red. I repeat, we have a 10-16 Red.". Vandersmelt flips on the siren, and speeds away. He explains, "We have a big problem, apparently some parent is mutilating their child". The police cruiser speeds down the post apocalyptic landscape, and screeches to a stop at a small well-kept suburban home. Seven police cruisers with lights flashing, and a swat team are already assembled on the lawn. Vandersmelt jumps from the police cruiser and jogs all the way to the front door. This brief jog leaves the Sergeant completely out of breath, and he doubles over on the porch for a few minutes to regain composure.

"We gotta take this (explicit language) out!" he yells between breaths. He motions to a crew of large muscular men in full ballistic tactical gear, and immense wooden clubs. Even though it is dusk, them men all wear tinted visors. They eagerly line up with their fingers poised above the triggers of their assault rifles.

Rather than ring the bell to alert their presence, they noisily walk around the premises, radios cackling, and shine flashlights into all the windows of the house. Police dogs howl anxiously from a nearby van. The large light from the camera man illuminates the entire area. They

"On three!" Yells Vandersmelt.

The police shatter the wooden entry, and the cameras shakily follow the seven officers into the house. A young boy, playing on a video console is tackled to the ground, his face slammed onto the floor. "I said GETDOWNONTHEFLOORNOWMOTHER(EXPLICIT)!!!!!!GETDOWN!!!!GETDOWN!!!!!". In the other room a small Cocker Spaniel is killed in the crossfire of nearly sixty rounds of assualt grade ordinance fired from four officers who have it pinned in their rifle scopes. Even though the small animal is now just a bloody smear on the hardwoord floor, three officers stand above it, keeping their muzzles inches from the carcass, just to make sure it doesn't try to kill them again. They continue to scream at the small bloodstain repeatedly, "STAYDOWNONTHEFLOOR!!!!!!!"

One officer drags a groggy man from a bedroom. "GETDOWNONTHEFLOOR!!!!!!". Before he can react, the man is hit with a projectile taser and clubbed to the floor. He places his hands behind his head in surrender and lays on his stomach. The police continue to scream "GETTHE(EXPLICIT)DOWN ON THE FLOOR. GETDOWNONTHEFLOOR!!!!" He is, again, beaten with clubs. The man yells back "I am down, I am not moving!, I am down!!!!". The man on the floor then has his head held still by an officer, so a steady stream of tear gas can be sprayed into his eyes. "GETDOWNONTHEFLOOR!!!!!". The man screams and tries to turn away from the macing." This is taken as a sign of resitance and the officers deliver another round of clubbing.

Sergeant Vandersmelt tells the other police to back up. They obey and leave a celar space for the sergeant. He approcahes the man, and tases him again. "GETDOWNONTHEFLOOR!!!!" he screams and begins to furiously beat the man on the ground. The man begins to bleed from his ears and goes into convusions. The boy, head still pinned under a tactical boot screams to let the man go. "GETDOWNONTHEFLOOR!!!!", yessl Vandersmelt. He instruct the other officers to mace the boy.

The scene jumps to a winded sergeant Vandersmelt out by his police car. Sweat beads on his plump face. An unrecognizable bloody mess of a man is slumped in the back seat of the patrol car. Vandersmelt rests his hand casually on the club slung on his belt. "At the end of the day, justice was served." He says proudly. He nods angrily to the back seat. "This 'parent' decided it was just fine to perform a forbidden surgical procedure on his son, and is now going to learn about the laws against home ear piercing."

The scene closes and blurs as we watch the triumphant Sergeant drive away. Cops theme plays.
