He's trying to sorta mock how African or non White criminals are regarded as a representative of their race and all Africans are collectively denigrated and demonized for these actions. I imagine he is either mixed, African or possibly Asian given he said he's from Australia, so I get where he is coming from in that regard. However, it's probably best not to reply to these baiting, hyperbolic comments and validate them. If he wants to make the point he should do so.
