Not calling for censorship, but I wish news sources wouldn't plaster these shooters names and faces everywhere. It seems like many of them are going for fame and the media is happy to oblige.

Yeah I don't disagree, they definitely incentivize these people to martyr themselves for a cause. Though in this case I just want the people reading the NYT to realize that trans rhetoric isn't all about sunshine and rainbows, and has real consequences. It shouldn't have had to come to this

That's the idea. This is how the establishment carries out their attacks against their own people without implicating themselves.

Yeah, this kind of media coverage could encourage copycat killers, and maybe that's the point.

If the enemy can't kill us, he tries to get us to do the dirty work, and he is very successful.
