I know, and we've had a year to try and work out what consequences he was referring to.

Do you think he meant - that if the west interferes then in 11 months he might pull out of the new start program...but we had seen the ruzzia do that before, so it wouldn't be the greatest in history. Hence I was hoping one of the Z-stans could help fill me in

I think he was euphoric back then, and he thought he will take Kyiv in a week. These vague nuclear threats is a thing he does all the time for some information warfare purposes.
