I don't understand how that can be called child porn. Obviously secretly filming kids (or anyone) in the bathroom is rightfully illegal, but what makes it pornography? Did he happen to catch one of the boys jacking off or something?

My guess is that if the camera filmed genitals or assholes that it is 'pornographic' in some legal sense, but I am no law expert
