Well I don't want to sound like the oddball but I used to be a bill collector and I want to tell you that it's not that huge of a deal to call up and hack a mortgage company.
You can pretend to be another lender that's just checking on a few things you know doing your due diligence just calling to check what the status of the loan is is everything current are there any you know I don't know what questions to ask here depending on looking at the paperwork but you could ask are there any other lien holders on the property and if I were you I would pull a full profile on that property since you're curious about such things you could check if there's other liens on the property blah blah blah what was the stated value of the home be surprised what lenders will give out anyways have a nice day
