Ah. People have no right to own anything. That's the message they are promoting. "You'll Own Nothing, And Be Happy." Pure socialism, coming from the camouflage of a "public/private" organization. I don't see much "private" when nobody will own anything. Well, of course, Schwab and his buddies will de-facto own the whole damned enchilada. But we're not supposed to notice that part. Ehh. I feel like Europeans and Americans have very different definitions of that word. In Europe the word socialism=social democracy, i.e what most of Europe has, and what I generally assume the word means. In America it seems socialism=communism light, or full on fascism. The reason being, I assume, that if you slag off socialism, then socialised medicine becomes a big no-no by associaton and the medicine lobby rolls in money. Anyway, we really shouldn't talk past one another; the WEF sux and its a bunch of upper crust nobility fucking us over.

... and I make the classic mistake for the umpteenth time of using an 'ism word. All the 'isms eventually end up at the same endpoint, making distinctions among them merely an intellectual exercise. Sociopathic control freaks like Schwab haven't found a system yet they can't twist to their needs. Forget the system; we need to focus in directly on people like him and see them for what they are, regardless of the 'rules' they pretend to play by.

It's not socialism, they are trying to make the whole global economy be rent based because that's more profitable for corporations. Just like people no longer own their homes and instead rent, they will try to make us sell our cars and rent them for use, then apply the same thing further and further to more basic utilities of life like your personal computer, your smartphone, etc...

Just look at all the industries that are pushing for a service model instead of ownership model and you will see examples of things that are on their agenda. Such as how car companies are charging customers monthly payments to use basic features of their own vehicles or how software companies won't let you just make a single payment and use their programs, but rather make you periodically pay for a license instead.

First, I repeat what I said to Newzok in this same thread.

To elaborate just a bit further, we are dancing around two facets of the same concept: ownership and control. It becomes difficult at some point to distinguish between the two. In the USSR, for example - a self-declared socialist system - the theory dictated that the state "owned" everything. But who is "the state"? There is always a group of people who control what the "state" "owns". How is these controllers' relationship to the resources they control different from the relationship between the "owners" of resources and their decisions of how to deploy them?

The WEF wants absolute control over how resources are deployed. Whether they manipulate the concept of "control" or the concept of "ownership", the end result is the same. Small groups of "special people" end up exploiting the labor and controlling the behavior of the manual labor that actually creates the wealth in whatever system you wish to look at.

We're getting lost in the words used to describe this process, but the process itself is clearer and clearer the more times we go through this loop. Whether the system is called "capitalist" or "socialist" or "communist" is a distraction.

A rose by any other name is still a rose.

The stink of a small group of sociopaths controlling the population through mental manipulation, coercion, and (if necessary) outright force is the same no matter what we choose to call it.

I repeat what I said to Newzok: we need to stop paying attention to what they're saying and deal directly with the individuals saying this shit based on the obvious, in-our-face, destructive results of their actions. How totalitarian systems justify (rationalize) their actions is a distraction; it has always been the most effective distraction in their toolkit for the people who follow politics.
