Notice how the government exempts the Chinese-owned mines from this ban. This is the fruit of the Chinese colonization of Africa over the past few decades. These Chinese companies (CCP) have total influence over the corrupt governments. They have bought the politicians by way of loans that the politicians steal and then the country is locked into servitude. They were never really loans. China has been buying Africa, country by country. Not from the citizens, but from their leaders. Will this lead to revolts in due time, that will kick out the Chinese, or will the Chinese eventually claim these countries as official colonies?
