Based. No hookup culture = No STDs, no teenage pregnancies, no cheating and more stable marriages.

Like when they make drugs illegal and everyone stops using drugs so they're not breaking the law.

Also the invasion of privacy necessary to even attempt to enforce the law. As the other guy says basically will be used as a political weapon.
