Such a drastic body change, solely for non-medical personal aesthetic reason, should require a full (mental health and) hormone panel to check for medical conditions disrupting ones hormones, encouraging a rash and temporary imbalanced caused desire.
I also wonder if deceptive reporting plays a role here, as breasts removals are becoming quite common in families with a long history of deaths from breast cancer. I have an adult cousin who had a full mastectomy for this reason alone.
