he is full of shit. Western countries have trying to unload their unused expired "vaccine" doses for years for pennies, there is no shortage of vaccine Africa.

Yes. It's his bullshit answer why he won't take the jab. If he weren't so "charitable" about it, he'd be forced to take it under threat of losing his job as head of the WHO.
