Not true at all. This is NOT a real vaccine with an attenuated virus. This is an injection of mRNA that gets your own body to produce massive amounts of spike proteins. There is nothing your body can do to slow down that production short of attacking your own cells that are producing it. The vaccine hits your body with far more of the damaging spike proteins than the virus.
