This means people who saw themselves as healthy (and thus didn't vax) are more likely to actually be healthy (and thus not die). What would show that the vax increases death rates is both populations were segregated based off the vax alone and not by choice (in violation of ethical norms).

That is a good point to consider but shouldn't be an excuse to write off the possibility that the vax causes harm. What we should really be looking at is the excess mortality in 2020 (covid caused) vs the excess mortality in 2021 (vax caused). If there is an increase in mortality after the vaccines were introduced there is a very strong probability that they are harmful.

These are the only real metrics that can be used because other data is corrupted by politics and agendas. Official statistics label everything they can as a covid death and deny any injuries from the vax despite incontrovertible evidence.
