If you don’t mind, “civil war is the plan”, may you explain why you think that?

I think you are right. The US decline won’t be from war. We have too many guns and men that will give their life if there is an occupying force.

I think mass starvation, and civil war is it.

Either that or total placation, that results in a drastic reduction in population, total technocracy, social credit system, etc. They have a goal. And they will try to reach it.
