It's going to hurt a lot of well respected conspiracy theories when everyone stops using dollars to buy oil and nothing at all happens.

Depending on the conspiracy theory I guess. I think it will probably lessen the US' influence in the world so the US will go into decline much faster. The US will be like UK now compared to it's empire heydays.
