Nah, the USA doesn't have any problems at all, it's the best country ever, and it's so problem-free at home that all that's left is for the USA to export their solutions. In the form of military equipment, mostly bombs delivered at high speed. Solves everything, you'll see.

Since 2006 Somali has been under attack by Al-Qaeda linked al Shabaab militants. The raid in the article was a joint collaboration between the Somali National Army and the US military operation and the had been invited by the official Somali government. Al Shabaab have been carrying out attack in Kenya
