A Polish border guard was injured over the weekend when a group of approximately 50 colonists attempted to storm the Polish border with Belarus, attacking the border guards with rocks and stones, hitting one in the face.

Mentally substitute it for "migrants" whenever you read it. Start using it in sentences.
