Isn't this the way it's supposed to be? Humans enjoy forming tribes and then fighting over land.

The Negro, may God protect and keep them, do not care to expend the effort to police inter-tribal conflict so the result is bush wars. The way to prevent bush wars are to react with public genocide against the most belligerent tribes, in order to keep the rest in line.

Which is time consuming. So where is the problem? This will be the fate of central Africa until their people adapt to firearms and trucks, which are upsetting the previous balance. AIDS existed in Africa for decades but didn't spread around until we gave them trucks.
