Likely bosses are getting fed up with trans employees having a meltdown every time something doesn't go their way.

only 16% cite employee retention and engagement. When I worked IT we had 100s of perks like free lunch Fridays, seems like employers are concerned with profit over reliability and quality employees.

Back in the day I knew people that put kill switches in their code in the event of a "layoiff". It would check to see if the employee was still in the system or not. As soon as their user ID was deleted the code would stop working. Simple but very effective revenge.
