The World Bank and the International Monetary Fund have been engaging in debt-trap diplomacy for decades. Which is how China is going to snap up very inexpensive property all around the world and there is literally nothing that the globalists - who invented the scheme - can do to stop it.

Its the world bank and IMF

While also its not China directly giving the lending its the AIIB

And the condition is different as of now, the nation can be in debt-trap by the IMF or the AIIB. the answer is obvious, less torture can be a valid consideration.
