Do we actually care about Uighurs in China with all the other shot going on? How about we sanction Israel for their crimes against Palestinians of we care so much about human rights suddenly

Not really. Those moslems are commanded to kill us for being 'unbelievers', just as much as the Palestinians are. The enemy of the jew or chinese are not necessarily our friends.
