in every instance I'm aware of there is no racism in communist countries because all minority races had been exterminated.
Can you provide 3 or 4 examples of these exterminated minority ethnic groups that no longer exist?

Soviet union killed off at least 3 finnish minority groups "vepsit", kola peninsula finns aka "jäämeren suomalaiset" and one situated in latvia. On phone atm. but I can pull info later on if you are interested.

Other genocides were cultural, and it still means e.g. vepsläižed, inkeroin, and other karelians in Russia exist only in theory. Latvian finns were killed during imperial Russia era.
