"The wealth that enriched the British Empire and established it as a global superpower meant the murder, destruction, and brutalisation of people across the world. Millions died and civilisations were destroyed".

With that surname and that rhetoric I bet (myself) that she is from the religion of peace... let me see on wikipedia

"Sultana was born on 31 October 1993[1][2] in the West Midlands and raised in Lozells, Birmingham. She is a Muslim and is of Pakistani origin"

LOL better than a mere muslim: from the cradle of civilization, Pakistan, where accusing your neighbour of having burned some pages of the Koran gets you executed.

I can't wait to see what progress will these enlightened islamists bring to the people.

England is still a bastard state, though.

I agree (everything downhill after Vespasian LOL), but it is a bastard state who tolerates her hypocrisy. English bad, Saracens OK I guess. Let's go to Pakistan and criticize them, see how many pieces of us are left. Of course, it might well be that such tolerance is the symptom of weakness and not a symbol of freedom.

Try telling your average Pakistani businessman to give up capitalism as well while you're there.

In fact try telling that to the Pakistani businessmen in Birmingham.
