She's not wrong; in every instance I'm aware of there is no racism in communist countries because all minority races had been exterminated.

OK exterminated might be a bit extreme, though mass killings and forced removal from their countries is commonplace: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mass_killings_under_communist_regimes

Strangely, when Orange Hitler took over, there were no mass killings in the US ... odd.
