He is carrying out an immunization campaign by spreading the virus and letting his constituency gain natural immunity, like the 50's mommies putting smallpox blankets on their kids. Based.

The trouble is Brazil has obesity rates in line with the US so their death rates from covid 19 are in line as well.

A couple of years back a Brazilian woman had an 18lb baby, born obese because she was.

No. Brazil has a high COVID death rate because high COVID rates bring money embezzlement to corrupt politicians. And Brazil is the most corrupt country in the world. Do the math.

Interestingly enough the British government was very anti-lockdown until they had a chat with the world bank and found out they could get loads of loan money if they followed their preferred programme. They have then dished out billions of that borrowed money to their friends and donors.
